These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of the website, consultation platforms (including our sub-domains, Exly, TagMango, Graphy), Zoom sessions, WhatsApp communication, and any content, consultations, or services offered on or through these platforms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

These Terms of Use apply to end users (referred to as “Patients”, “Users”, “You”, “Your”). These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Creator in using the Platform.

When we speak of “Creator”, “we”, “us”, and “our”, we collectively mean Skin Aura Brain and Spine Neuro Centre, where Dr. Jasdeep Kaur and Dr. Vikas Kathuria are the providers of this Platform and the content/services contained therein.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Use Content for commercial purposes

This license will terminate if You violate these Terms.
